1. The herein agreement subscribed between Ugur Antik Antika Eski Esya Alim Satim Muzayede Dekorasyon Ithalat Ihracat Ltd. ("the Company") and the contributor(s) or representative(s) describes the conditions of selling by auction the lots by themselves delivered. Eventual contributors are to accept the herein agreement as-is and without restriction of any kind.

2. The auctions are opened to the public. Bidding means to participate the auction and thus to accept all the herein described conditions and furthermore the acceptance beforehand of the rights involved owned by Ugur Antik.

3. All the lots to be sold are previously exhibited. The lots are sold as-is in their current states. For that reason all the participants to the auction recognize to be fully informed about the state of the lots displayed. Once the transaction completed, the goods will be considered examinated thus neither defect nor taint objection would be accepted. Both the parts accept beforehand the fact that this represents a distorsion of the article #4077 of the Laws of Protection of the Consumer.

4. To the knocking-down prices will be added 18% (eighteen percent) VAT, 5% (five percent) sale-commission, the VAT of the sale-commission and 1% (one percent) municipality tax. The whole sum has to be payed within 7 (seven) days from the date of the auction. This delay elapsed the Company reserves itself the right to initiate all necessary legal proceedings and cash the rediscount interest araising. Cash, credit cards, bank transferts or daily checks may be accepted as means of payment. The goods shall be delivered to the Buyer once all the payments done.

5. An extra 5% (five percent) bank commission fee will be added in case of payment by credit card.

6. In case of controversy at knocking-down in regard with the payment or/and the present agreement, all the phone conversation records, letters, fax and emails, Ugur Antik computer-stored records, auction's records, minutes and commercial book or any kind of recorded picture, voice prior or posterior to the auction will constitue an irrefutable proof not requiring any oath.

7. According to the Municipality's Auction related Proclamation Article 15, our Company reserves itself the right to refuse access without justification or amenity to the auction to the persons displaying suspicious behaviours.

8. Any physical or juridical persons acquiring lots over 5.000.000.000. TRL (five billions) will show their identity in accordance to the regulation law #4208.

9. Any person having his/her identity registered, the present contract signed, participating to the auction after having taken a flag will be considered as having fully accepted all the herein conditions. In case of disagreement or controversy Istanbul's Courts will be competent.
